Petaran Poly PLLA & PN collagen stimulator is KFDA approved product with spherical micro particle technology, it is called the uniform PLLA Microsphere.

This smooth, spherical PLLA micro particle structure uniform size promotes even collagen production to make natural volume. The PLLA micro particles are so tiny that it could disslove well with distill water like fully liquid solution. It could be treat on thin skin area like under eyes compares to other brands with large PLLA particles.

Petaran Poly PLLA is the first collagen stimulator combined with PLLA (Polylactic Acid), HA (hyaluronic acid) and PN (Polynucleotide). Petaran can provide synergistic result with PN by activating growth factors. PN promotes collagen production and tissue regeneration by activating EGF. PN is a delicate polynucleotides (PN) extracted from salmon fish, which is 98% close to the human DNA.  PNs are the basic molecular structures shared by all organisms, a non-synthetic compound, a drug-free component, and highly safe. Nucleotides are the basic structural units which make up DNA.  A PN molecule is a biopolymer made up of 13 or more nucleotide monomers bonded together. PN molecule is easier for our skin to absorb in comparison of PDRN.

It prmotes collagen production and tissue regeneration by activating growth factors, it will also reduce the pain and swelling for the site.

How to use:

• 3 to 4 sessions each treatment, in between 4 to 6 weeks each session, and using 1 to 2 vails for each session.

1. Removed the flip-off cap from the vial and clean the penetrable rubber stopper of the vial with antiseptic. 

2. Draw 5ml of distill water into the 5ml syringe, and add all the solution into the vail.

3. Shake the vail for 10 mins and let the vail stand for at least 30 mins to ensure complete dissolved.

4. Product should be gently shake until a uniform translucent suspension is obtained prior to use.

5. Clean the penetrable stopper of the vial with an antiseptic, and use a new needle to withdrew an appropriate amount of the solution into a single-use sterile syringe. (You may use a 18G needle to withdraw it faster and change to a 27G needle for injection after).

6. Using a 27G needle to inject to deep dermis of skin depth at an 30-40 degree angle, or you may use a cannula.

Post treatment:

It is important to massage the treatment area to ensure even distribution of the product. It is recommended that the patient should massage the treatment area for 5 minutes, 5 times per day for 5 days for the best result. Avoid UV exposure until swelling and bruising have disappeared.
